P815细胞吞噬小粒乳汁但不吞噬酵母聚糖或卡介苗。 没有抗体依赖的细胞毒作用。 硫酸右旋糖苷、LPS或PPD不能抑制细胞生长。 检测表明肢骨发育畸形病毒(鼠痘)阴性。
