保存条件 Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

The H-H-H-H-H-H motif is used as a tag on many recombinant proteins to facilitate purification. The antibody recognizes the His-tag fused to the amino- or carboxy- termini of targeted proteins in transfected or transformed cells.

蛋白质纯化的新途径─应用His-Tag抗体检测His-Tag融合蛋白

1） 6xHis与不同的Sepharose纯化填料结合（捆绑），可不受构象的影响，在天然或变形的条件下可进行进一步纯化。
2） 可在温和的洗脱液环境中，其结合、洗涤及洗脱步骤不会对蛋白结构产生影响。
3） 6xHis标签比普通（Tag）要小得多，经纯化后的蛋白可直接进行下游操作。可用于任何表达系统（包括： 细菌，杆状病毒和哺乳动物）
4） 6xHis标签在生理溶液pH下不带电荷，其标签不会干涉重组蛋白的结构和功能， 6xHis不会影响蛋白分泌。
5） 6xHis标签免疫原性差，重组蛋白可以不必除去标签而直接作为抗原进行免疫。
